Chateau Teillac

Discover our wines and embrace the true essence of enjoyment as you explore the flavorful world of Chateau Teillac.

The wines we produce come from an exclusive variety: 100% Merlot. The vineyards, which have an average age of 30 years, yield grapes that are exceptionally concentrated and contain a balanced blend of aromas. These aromas can be recognized as a harmonious fusion of red and black fruits, such as juicy blackberries and ripe cherries. We pay close attention to each individual plot and ensure that the grapes are harvested only at the exact moment of perfect ripeness.

Since the new owners took over Château Teillac in 2017, production has resumed. Carefully guided by Jerre Hoekstra, a winemaker with over 20 years of experience and well acquainted with the French wine world, our wines are once again making their mark on the global wine scene. The wines from our Château reflect Jerre’s talent for capturing the characteristics of the terroir in an elegant symbiosis of aroma and taste. Perfectly balanced, full-bodied, and with a rich structure that is particularly approachable.
